I liked that they had way more than just the usual crab legs.. there was shrimp, crawfish, fried baskets, sides, different sauces, spice levels, all that. My friend doesn’t even eat crab and still found something she was happy with. The menu was easy to pick from too, and didn’t feel boring at all

The booth was actually really comfy, and we ended up sitting there for quite a while without feeling cramped at all. i kind of wondered if they made them that roomy on purpose so people would hang around longer and order more, but either way, it worked out for us.

The food took a bit longer to come out than I expected, but it wasn’t like a terrible wait or anything. Overall, the service was just kind of okay.

I went to The Juicy Crab and, not gonna lie, I’m usually skeptical when it comes to customer service because a lot of places act nice at first and then disappear. But the staff here was actually attentive the whole time. They checked on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and even brought extra napkins before we had to ask. It didn’t feel fake or overdone either, just like they genuinely cared enough to make the meal easy. Definitely made the whole experience more relaxing, and I’d go back.

Ordering online was easy, but my pickup time wasnt super accurate. It ended up being about 20 minutes off, which was kind of annoying. The food was still good though, and the order was mostly right. I just wish the updates were a bit clearer so I knew what to expect.

I was relieved when my order arrived and everything was still hot. I’ve had deliveries show up lukewarm before, so it was nice to open it up and actually enjoy it fresh

I was excited to try the seafood, and for me it was a bit hit or miss. The crab actually tasted good and felt fresh enough, which I was happy about, but the shrimp seemed a little old and threw me off. I might give it another shot sometime, but I’d probably be more careful about what I order next time.

I’ve been to a few Juicy Crab locations, and for the most part it’s been consistent. The food usually comes out hot, the seasoning tastes the same, and the staff is normally friendly. That’s why I keep coming back. My last visit had a small issue that wasn’t really handled the way I expected, i’m still hoping someone would at least apologize for it. I do like knowing what to expect when I go, even at a different location, so it’s still an easy dinner pick, I just hope they do a little better with customer service when something goes wrong.

The atmosphere was decent and kind of fun, but it was definitely louder than I expected. From the vibe, I got the feeling it’s more of a place people go to hang out and be social than to have a quiet, relaxing meal. The tables also felt a bit close together, so it was a little crowded. Overall, not a bad spot, just not really my kind of place when I want to sit down and unwind over food

The place was alright, but the tables were kind of sticky. I’m not totally sure if they’d just been wiped down or what, but they definitely didn’t feel super clean

I made a reservation on the site and it was simple. When you get there, you just want things to go smoothly, and they found our name right away and had us seated within a few minutes. No confusion, no long wait, just an easy experience overall.

The prices felt fair for the amount of food we got... the boil bag was packed, the sauce was tasty, and we still had leftovers to bring home.

It’s not a fancy place or anything, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. Just a solid crab spot where you don’t feel ripped off... I’d definitely go back when I’m craving seafood

The staff was super nice and really made us feel welcome, which I appreciated. I just wish the whole experience didn’t take quite so much effort on our end, because that part got a little tiring.

Everything I ordered was included, and there were no mix-ups at all. I’m really grateful it all went smoothly!

Got the fried shrimp and catfish delivered, and I was surprised. Everything showed up hot and crispy. Not greasy at all, which is always a plus. Good seasoning, decent-sized pieces, too. For delivery? Solid. I’d definitely order it again.

The sauce was so rich and flavorful... i loved it.

I had a minor issue with my order and figured it might just get lost in the shuffle, but the manager got back to me quickly and took care of it. Maybe they’ve been trying to stay more on top of customer issues lately, but either way, I really appreciated not being ignored.

My drink tasted really fresh. Nice and strong too. Just the way I like it.

The food showed up maybe 15 or 20 minutes later than expected, which was a little annoying, but it was still warm when it got here. Overall, not perfect, but not bad either.
